Content
What an agency should publish for a client blog.
Questions the client’s buyers actually search
Start with the problem-led and comparison queries closest to the client’s offer: “how to choose…”, “X vs Y”, “cost of…”. Balzac reads each client’s site and proposes keywords and article ideas from it, so the first batch needs your review, not a blank page.
A steady cadence, not a burst
Search engines and readers reward a blog that keeps going. You can cap articles per day, week or month in each workspace, so a client’s blog grows at a pace you chose and can defend.
Topics you assign yourself
When a client needs an article on a specific subject (a launch, a seasonal topic, a gap their sales team keeps hearing about), create a briefing for it instead of waiting for a suggestion.
Refreshes for posts that slip
Every plan includes rank tracking and automatic refreshes of articles that lose ground, which is the maintenance work clients rarely pay for but should get.
Workflow
How Balzac fits an agency workflow.
- Step 1
Add the client’s site
Type the client’s domain. Balzac analyses the site, finds keywords and competitors, and creates a workspace for it.
- Step 2
Set the voice and language
Pick one of eight tone presets for the workspace (for example Professional & Authoritative or Conversational & Friendly) and the article language. You can also add the pages you want articles to link to.
- Step 3
Connect where the client publishes
Connect WordPress, Webflow, Wix, GoHighLevel or a webhook. Keep auto-publish off while you build trust, review drafts, then switch it on.
- Step 4
Review, then report
Edit any article before it goes out, schedule it for a date, and use Search Console data and rank tracking in the workspace to see what is moving.
A good fit if
- You manage blogs for several small and mid-size clients and writing is the bottleneck.
- Clients are on WordPress, Webflow, Wix or GoHighLevel, or can receive a webhook.
- You want drafts to review, not a black box that publishes unseen.
Know the limits
- Clients on a platform Balzac cannot publish to will need a manual copy-and-paste step.
- The plans do not list white-label reports or client logins, so do not promise clients either until you have checked with support.
- Balzac writes and publishes blog articles. It does not build links, fix site speed or rewrite your product or service pages, and no tool can promise a ranking.
Which plan
Ghostwriter is $179 a month for about 150 articles and covers up to 10 websites, which works out to $1.19 an article if you use them all. Novelist is $99 a month for about 60 articles for up to 3 websites. Websites are the limit: each client site is one.

FAQ
Balzac for agencies, answered.
How many client sites can one Balzac account manage?
It depends on the plan: Columnist covers 1 website, Novelist up to 3 and Ghostwriter up to 10. Each website is its own workspace with its own keywords, tone, language and publishing connection.
Can each client have a different tone and language?
Yes. The tone of voice (one of eight presets) and the article language are set per workspace, and a briefing can use a different tone for a single article.
Which CMS platforms can Balzac publish to for clients?
Balzac publishes to WordPress, Webflow, Wix and GoHighLevel natively, and to any site that can receive a webhook. For any other platform, copy the finished article in one click and paste it into your own editor.
Will articles go live without my review?
Auto-publish starts switched off on every connection. Articles are saved as drafts you can read and edit, and each one includes 2 free rewrites and 2 new covers. Turn auto-publish on when you trust the output.
Does Balzac invent statistics or client case studies?
Balzac’s writing instructions tell it to use statistics, studies and customer stories only when they come from the site’s fact sheet or your briefing, and never to invent them. Still read what goes live under your name: you know your facts better than any tool.
Is there white-label reporting or a client portal?
The plans on the pricing page do not list either, so do not rely on them. Ask support before you promise a client one.
What does it cost and can I try it?
Your first 3 articles are free, no card needed. After that a plan starts at $79 a month, and your first payment is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
