What is MCP?

The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets AI assistants use outside tools. Add the Balzac MCP server to your assistant and it can research keywords, write articles and publish them for you, from the chat.

Which apps can use the Balzac MCP server?

Claude (web, desktop and mobile), ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor and any client that supports remote MCP servers. Clients without OAuth can use an API key, and you can also run the server locally with npx balzac-mcp.

Is the MCP server included in my plan?

Yes. Every Balzac plan includes the MCP server, the CLI and the REST API. Actions use your credits exactly like in the app: an article costs 5 credits.

How do I remove access?

Open your Balzac profile, find Connected apps and press Disconnect next to the assistant. Its access stops right away.

What URL do I use?

Use https://mcp.hirebalzac.ai. It works in every client that supports remote MCP servers over HTTP.
